It is difficult to calculate how many types and in how many ways Muslims are doing every day.

What is forbidden under sharia?

It is not possible to say in one word the things forbidden in Sharia. We are highlighting some special harams. Then I will briefly present a list of haram.

Why drugs are forbidden in Islam?

Alcohol and drug use pose a terrible danger that has to be paid for through the mental, and physical destruction of the drug user and various social catastrophes.

Drug damage – forbidden under sharia

One: The human body and brain have invaluable treasures given by Allah Ta’ala.
But the drug instantly destroys the normal functioning of the human brain.

As a result, intoxication or unjust speech and behavior can be noticed by the drug user. In this way, the drug user gradually drives towards physical destruction.

At one point, he was devastated, both physically and mentally. He becomes permanently insane or senseless and a human figure of the skeleton.

It is as clear as daylight from surveys of drug users, newspaper reports, and statements from physicians.

Two: The drunkenness and wrongdoing of a person who drinks alcohol sometimes become so reckless that the loss is borne by the respect of his family or various people in the society with money or life.

Snatching people, snatching, looting, killing and all kinds of unjust drug users are a daily occurrence.

In the West, the killing of civilians by gunfire has become part of the daily news.

Thus, the horrific picture of abuse of women at various levels of society, including their wives, by drug addicts, inevitably demands a ban on drugs.

Three: Drugs make people oblivious to the worship of God. But the main purpose of human creation is to worship Allah Ta’ala.

A drunkard drowns in imaginary thoughts and unreasonable pride and forgets Allah Ta’ala.

Why is Jorda forbidden in Islam?

Knowing the Shariah rules of Jorda correctly – What is Jorda? Is it a health drug and drugs? It depends on knowing these two answers. So we first introduce the identity of Jorda.

‘Jorda is a kind of tobacco product. It is usually used as a spice with drinks. Jorda drink enhances the taste and aroma.

As a result, it is considered an essential product for drinkers. As Jorda prepares to be tobacco, it is intoxicating.

Due to this, it is also used as an intoxicant. Which are only used to eliminate intoxication and bad breath. Zardari alkaloids and nicotine are highly toxic.

According to the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), people who consume tobacco products with alcohol are at risk of developing oral cancer.

According to the World Health Organization, there are deadly levels of lead, chromium, and cadmium.

These are deadly and harmful to human health. This can lead to kidney problems, and cancer of the mouth, lungs, and throat.

Jorda is therefore a tobacco product. Which is as addictive and unhealthy as heroin, opium, Yaba, etc.

Shariah ruling about Jorda

The Shari’ah declares haram drugs and narcotics as haram in all cases. Therefore, Zarda is also forbidden. Which is a must for everyone who survives from eating.

Zarda is responsible for being forbidden

Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):

ولا تقتلوا أنفسكم إن الله كان بكم رحيما

‘Don’t kill yourself. Allah is Most Merciful to you. ‘(Nisa, 29)

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

(لَا ضَرَرَ وَلَا ضِرَارَ)

‘It is not in Islam to harm or harm anyone.’ (Muwatta Malik, 2657)

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

( كل مسكر حرام )

‘Every drug is haraam.’ (Sahih Bukhari – 406)

Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said:

ما أسكر كثيره فقليله حرام

‘The more things that cause intoxication, the less it is haram.’ (Tirmidhi – 1865)

In light of the above evidence, it is clear that Jorda is forbidden. Those who refused to accept all these allegations in the case of Jordan

And those who hesitate to call Jorda Haram will be forced to call Jorda Makrooh Tahrimi.
Because Qiyas is an important foundation of Sharia.

And although the Qur’an is reluctant to say that Jorda is forbidden in the light of the clear guidance of the hadith, there is no reason to doubt that it is Makrooh Tahrimi in the light of pure Qiyas.

And since Jorda is Haram, it would also be Haram to rent a shop to build Jorda Godown.

Casinos and dance bars are forbidden?

Casinos are forbidden for several reasons.

One: Casinos or gambling makes people useless. He always relies on the money earned through the tide.

As a result, this person has to be deprived of all kinds of labor and economic contribution from his family, society, or country.

Two: Gambling is a means to an end.

The tide does not hesitate to sell the land or any other financial source after losing its cash.

As a result, the danger of poverty falls on himself and his family. The transition from this is not easy at all.

Three: Gambling creates animosity and enmity between gamblers. The fight even led to the latest murder.

Four: Gambling leads people to the path of destruction and waste of time by distracting people from the worship of Allah.

Five: Gambling ignites the fire of greed in the mind of the tide. He is desperate to control the opponent’s money by any means.

If you can’t do that through play then you have to find another way. He became involved in terrorist activities.

It causes various social chaos and injustice.

4 reasons why dance bars are forbidden

One: Conventional dance bars are a great platform for arrogance and obscenity.

From where the poisonous virus of free sex is spread in society through sinful songs and reckless female body dances.

Which drives the human mind and brain on the dark path of sexual crime. An indestructible ember ignited in Kamaripu.

This coal is the main source of the birth of all sexual crimes in society including sexual harassment and rape.

So Sharia has locked the door through the ban on dance bars, which is a poisonous virus that disrupts social order.

Two: Family ties are a system in which there is no alternative.

A human child with compassion, affection, respect, and moral education grows up well, survives and all the benefits of his life come from the family.

But the obscenity and arrogance that spreads from the dance bar draw people to extramarital sex.

Which destroys the fear of family ties. So banning dance bars to keep family fears together is a hugely beneficial provision for people.

Three: The lion’s share of murder and blood-related crimes are centered around women and sexual scandals.

If you research the crime case report, you don’t have to rush to get its veracity. It is these dance bars and obscenities that inspire sexual crime.

So Sharia has banned these dance bars and obscenities to keep society safe from bloodshed and bloodshed.

Four: Allah Ta’ala has created man as the best and most honorable of all living beings. Since then, the human community has given special status to women, an integral part of reproduction.

In other words – forbidden under sharia

At the same time, he has given a unique system to protect that dignity. Part of that system is the instruction to keep the beauty of a woman’s body and form hidden from the eyes of other men.

Because showing an open body in front of thousands of men is indicative of the disrespect and worthlessness of that body.

And displaying a woman’s body in a dance bar doesn’t just underestimate the female race.

Rather, its main goal is the base purpose of money income. As a result, a woman’s body is served as a commodity and a tool for earning money.

So by declaring the ban on female body dance, Sharia has planted a cool shady tree in the shade of which the dignity of women is always safe and secure.

Renting a building to a non-Muslim for work that is prohibited by Sharia

Allah Ta’ala also forbids helping Muslims in all the things that He has forbidden.

He said in the Holy Qur’an,

{وتعاونوا على البر والتقوى ولا تعاونوا على الإثم والعدوان}

‘You help one another in righteousness and piety. But do not help anyone in wickedness and transgression. ‘(Surat al-Baqara, 2)

Rather, Muslims have been given the responsibility to prevent evil deeds.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

من رأى منكم منكرا فليغيره بيده فإن لم يستطع فبلسانه فإن لم يستطع فبقلبه وذلك أضعف الإيمان

‘Whoever of you sees an evil deed, let him repel it with his hand. If you are not able to do it, then it will be forbidden by mouth. But if he is not capable of it, then he will hate by heart.

And it is a sign of weakness in faith. ‘(Sahih Muslim – 17)

Therefore, it is not permissible to rent a building to any Muslim or infidel for any kind of Shariah-prohibited work, including alcohol, drugs, and dance bars.

Other documents – forbidden under sharia

Referring to the opinion of Fuqaha’i Keram in this regard, it is said in Al-Mawsu’at al-Fiqhiyat al-Quitiyyah:

‘Therefore, according to the majority of jurists, it is not permissible to rent a house for any purpose prohibited by Sharia.

For example, the tenant will build a liquor store in that house or set up a tidal hall or build a church. Then it will be haram to take rent just as it is haram to give rent. Because it is to help in wickedness. ‘

(Al-Mawsu’at al-Fiqhiyat al-Quwaitiyah – 6/227)

Ibn Kudama – may Allah have mercy on him – said,

‘This ruling applies to all cases where there is a haram intention. Such as selling weapons to the infidel state or robbers or during the chaos,

Thus it is haram to sell or rent a house on the left or to rent a house to sell wine or to build a house of fire, a house of fire, or something similar. ‘(Al-Mughni – 4/306)
